Our range of services is aimed at owners, asset and property managers of residential and commercial properties. We take care of property and financial accounting, SCR, WEG bills, necessary tenders and the coordination of rectification of defects, we provide support in obtaining building certifications and the carrying out of repair work. We also supervise external service providers and take care of data maintenance and validation.
Our preparation of service charge reconciliations is specially tailored to the needs of our customers and to the conditions of the individual properties.
In the field of financial and property accounting, we offer professional support and take over the accounting – but not limited to – accounting and billing, bank accounting, debit/nominal position, advance VAT return, monthly and annual closing activities and reporting.
One focus area is the maintenance of master data. It is performed with special attention, since it serves as a source of information for all subsequent operations.
IntelliWay Services prepares the documentary evidence for the BREEAM, LEED, DGNB and EDGE certification systems. In addition, data for the ESG tool GRESB and EPRA reporting is determined and analysed.
We offer property managers professional back-office support in the commercial and technical management and administration of complex residential and commercial properties according to the objectives of the client or owner.
