We understand the importance of correctly entered master data and pay particular attention to it, as it serves as a source of information for all subsequent operations.

In the course of data management, the rental agreement data and key figures are entered into the customer system. The signed rental agreements and addenda, rent rolls and tenant lists serve as the basis for this.

Our validation procedures are aimed at the continuous comparison of all digital data - from collection and input to the target and actual comparison. Electronic data processing enables continuous insight into the development process of your projects. Any error messages or process defects can be identified, avoided and rectified at any time.

SERVICES DATA MANAGEMENT AND VALIDATION

  • Management of Deposits and Rental Guarantees
  • Examination of the available rental space and making corrections, if necessary
  • Creation of new rental units: Assignment of tenants to the individual space units (rental space), selecting types of use for the units, recording space size, space changes, space divisions
  • Creation of customer master data in the system: Creation of customer information
  • Creation of rental contracts: Contract details, rent value, termination options for lessors and lessees, creating master data details, long-term rental invoices, service charge statements, compensation payments, rent-free periods, SC prepayments, various building-specific fees, turnover rents, etc.
  • Creation of supplementary data, such as subletting of areas or partial area cancellations, etc.

The contractual partner is always IntelliWay Services GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main.
All contractual conditions are based on the German law.
