We take over back-office property management processes such as helpdesk, maintenance and repair coordination, cash collection, master data processing, tendering, selection of service providers, etc. 

Via our helpdesk we process tenant inquiries and complaints, control the repair of damages, commission service providers, coordinate appointments, check deadlines and document the entire process. Owners are informed about the optimization potential and costs.

We use a nationwide network accross Germany for tendering and selection of service providers. We determine the need, prepare bills of quantities, describe requirements, tender and monitor the proper delivery of the services.

Head of Property Management Back-Office and Onboarding Processes

Tzetzka Batchkova holds a Master's Degree in Political Science, Economic Policy and Civil Law from the University of Münster. She received her PhD from the University of Halle an der Saale and is a Doctor of Political Science and Economic Policy. 

Tzetzka Batchkova has multiple years of experience in multinational companies. She has held this position for four years and has completed numerous tasks related to property management, service charge reconciliation, leasing, etc.
