What makes IntelliWay Services special is that we are a competent, highly digitalised and innovative property management service provider for the German market that offers the majority of its services from Bulgaria.
Secondly, all our highly qualified employees have a university degree, international experience and speak fluent German.
The 90 team members have a strong affinity with German culture. Almost all of them have studied, lived or worked in Germany.

Our Team
Mariela
Mariela completed her academic career as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Technical University of Vienna and has detailed knowledge of real estate management, facility services, outsourcing and utility billing. She has more than 17 years of experience as a facility manager in management positions at international companies. She has an excellent command of German and English.
Maya
Maya holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations and has many years of experience in large German companies in back-office property management and service charge reconciliations. She has an excellent command of German.
Tzetzka
Tzetzka is a PhD graduate in Political Science and Economics with the University of Halle on the Saale. Before that, she completed a Master's degree in Political Science, Economic Policy and Civil Law at the University of Münster. She has many years of experience in multinational companies. She has held a managerial position at IntelliWay for five years now and has managed and successfully completed numerous projects. She has excellent knowledge of German.
Krasimira
Krasimira has been working at IntelliWay Services for eight years - first as a specialist for service charge reconciliations, now as a team leader of one of our most important projects in SCR. Krasimira has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics Varna. She has an excellent command of German.
Victor
Victor studied transport engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and worked for several years as a project engineer at PES Porsche Engineering Services. His top expertise lies in project management and engineering sciences. He speaks perfect English and Bulgarian.
Valentina D.
Valentina has many years of experience as Managing Director Finance and CFO at well-known international companies, previously as a financial expert at the Bulgarian Ministry of Finance. She has an excellent command of German and English.
Veselin
After completing his Master’s study in MBA, Veselin lived in Germany for six years and worked in the field of real estate management. He has an excellent command of German.
Aneliya
Aneliya completed her Master's degree in Psychology in Bulgaria and lived and worked in Germany for over 12 years. She has an excellent command of German, Dutch and English.
Metodi
Metodi has a degree in Law and has been with IntelliWay Services for five years. He has over 20 years of experience in large German companies. Metodi has excellent knowledge of German, English and Russian.
Angelina
Angelina completed her Master's degree in Architecture in Düsseldorf and won numerous architectural competitions during that period. Next, she worked as an architect in the areas of planning (design and execution), site supervision and project management at renowned architectural offices in Düsseldorf. She has an excellent command of German.
Valentina M.
Valentina has a Master's degree in Economics. She has over 26 years of experience as a chief and senior accountant in various German companies. She has been with Intelliway Services for four years. She has an excellent command of German and English.

Florian Stetter
Dr. Florian Stetter studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and received his PhD from the University of Vienna. He began his career in 1988 as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. From 2000 to 2010, he was the Managing Director of Strabag Property and Facility Services GmbH. From 2014 to 2022, he was the CEO of RockHedge Asset Management AG, based in Krefeld and he was a member of the Board of Directors of RockHedge Grundbesitz Management AG, Wuppertal. He is a long-standing member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Wohnen SE (since 2004), C&P Immobilien AG and IntelliWay Services. He has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Noratis AG since 2018.
Sergey Koynov
Sergey Koynov graduated from the American University in Bulgaria with a BA in Business Administration and Applied Economics and completed his MBA at City University, Seattle, the USA. He has extensive experience in successfully leading multiple real estate projects and ventures.
From 2007 to 2013, he was a member of the Board of Directors and executive partner at Cushman & Wakefield / Forton. He then spent five years as a member of the Board of Directors and co-CEO co-owner of the AG Capital group.
Alexander Atanassov
Alexander Atanassov studied Management and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration. His professional career includes six years of experience as Head of Real Estate Management and Rentals at Kaufland Bulgaria and Managing Director of Digitalzation at the WAZ Media Group in Bulgaria. Mr. Atanassov has been the Head of Acquisition and Customer Care at IntelliWay Services since 2017. He has been a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors at IntelliWay Services since 2022.
