The 90 team members have a strong affinity with German culture. Almost all of them have studied, lived or worked in Germany.

Dr. Florian Stetter studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and received his PhD from the University of Vienna. He began his career in 1988 as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. From 2000 to 2010, he was the Managing Director of Strabag Property and Facility Services GmbH. From 2014 to 2022, he was the CEO of RockHedge Asset Management AG, based in Krefeld and he was a member of the Board of Directors of RockHedge Grundbesitz Management AG, Wuppertal. He is a long-standing member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Wohnen SE (since 2004), C&P Immobilien AG and IntelliWay Services. He has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Noratis AG since 2018.
Sergey Koynov graduated from the American University in Bulgaria with a BA in Business Administration and Applied Economics and completed his MBA at City University, Seattle, the USA. He has extensive experience in successfully leading multiple real estate projects and ventures.
From 2007 to 2013, he was a member of the Board of Directors and executive partner at Cushman & Wakefield / Forton. He then spent five years as a member of the Board of Directors and co-CEO co-owner of the AG Capital group.
Alexander Atanassov studied Management and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration. His professional career includes six years of experience as Head of Real Estate Management and Rentals at Kaufland Bulgaria and Managing Director of Digitalzation at the WAZ Media Group in Bulgaria. Mr. Atanassov has been the Head of Acquisition and Customer Care at IntelliWay Services since 2017. He has been a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors at IntelliWay Services since 2022.
IntelliWay has been offering property and facility management services in Germany since 2012. The big innovation is that most of the tasks are not performed in the Frankfurt office, but in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia.
