IntelliWay Services and Spacewell Germany have joined hands

The first phase of the implementation of iX-Haus and DocuWare at Aston Ten Brinke is complete.

FFrankfurt a. M./Ratingen, 8 October, 2020 – With the aim of achieving an increase in productivity of around 30%, the asset and property manager Aston Ten Brinke has decided to use the real estate software solution iX-Haus in combination with the digital documents management system of DocuWare.

The property management partner IntelliWay Services (IntelliWay) supported the Spacewell Germany consulting team in charge of the project management with the introduction of iX-Haus. „We are happy we were able to actively support Spacewell in the implementation of iX-Haus. With the help of this software solution, now much better reporting for the benefit of Aston Ten Brinke will be possible in the future“, says Sergey Koynov, Managing Director of IntelliWay Services.

In addition to extensive functions in digital real estate management, iX-Haus enables, among other things, an optimised and tailor-made reporting system including a target/actual evaluation on a budget basis. With the seamless integration of the DocuWare document management software in iX-Haus, a smooth invoice processing workflow – from the entry further to the issuing of an invoice and then its verification – as well as paperless archiving, linking and searching of documents in the ERP system is now ensured.

In addition, the digitalisation measures implemented include ongoing accounting processes, and it will continue to be the responsibility of IntelliWay together with seven employees for Aston Ten Brinke.
