IntelliWay Management Academy 2025: We Invest in Leadership

Leadership doesn't develop on its own – it requires targeted support, reflection, and exchange. With our Management Academy 2025, we are making a deliberate investment in our current management and in colleagues preparing to take on project or leadership roles.

From February to May, we sharpened key competencies such as communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and modern leadership through five practical, real-world modules. These sessions were supported by seasoned coaches who collaborated with our teams on equal footing.

Why is this important?
Because we see leadership as an attitude, not a title. At IntelliWay, leadership means:

One participant summed up the impact and liveliness of the modules perfectly:

“The training was extremely engaging, with numerous examples from our actual work environment. I particularly appreciated the active involvement of upper management and the practical tips for our daily work,” said Sasho Kutuev.
