IntelliWay Services grows its business during COVID-19 pandemic and keeps expanding its accounting team

Frankfurt a. M., 22 March 2022 – IntelliWay has continued to expand its operations in the second year of the Corona pandemic. IntelliWay is currently involved in 715 residential and commercial properties. Together, these comprise 15.948 rental units with a total area of 8.1 million m2 (end of 2020: 693 properties, 11.947 rental units, 6.9 million m2).

“In 2021, hiring new employees in the property management sector in Germany became significantly more difficult. This led to a significant increase in customer inquiries. We are pleased we gained seven new major customers”, comments Sergey Koynov, Managing Director of IntelliWay. "This year, too, we are working on relieving property managers in Germany so they can focus on their main task – increasing the value of the properties they manage.”

IntelliWay supports its customers with utility bills, data management and validation, financial and property accounting (including annual financial statements), reporting and other qualified services. In 2021 alone, around 100,000 invoices were processed and the master data from over 2,500 commercial leases was entered into the customer system.
IntelliWay's clients include both property managers and investment companies with their own property management structures running residential, office, shopping centre and logistics portfolios. Depending on the requirements, various ERP systems such as SAP, Realax, Yardi, IMS or iX-Haus have been used in this collaboration.
In 2021, in addition to the existing ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 9001 quality management certifications, IntelliWay obtained another ISO certification: the ISO 27001 – Information Security Management.
