Customer Claim management requires speed, transparency and courtesy

Rising gas and energy prices have lead to increased operating costs and additional demands from commercial tenants. This is associated with a significant increase in complaints from tenants regarding their bills. This in turn leads to an increased workload in the processing of these claims, entailing an increased need for new staff members.
