The unique secret is most of the tasks are not performed in the Frankfurt office, but in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia.

The CEO – Sergey Koynov – explains in the Immobilien Zeitung magazine how we find qualified employees and how we train them: "All of our employees have studied, mostly business administration or civil engineering."
