3 questions for Ms. Tsvetelina Tsankova

1. Who is Tsvetelina or Tsveti as everyone calls you?

As a project manager in the area of data management and validation at IntelliWay Services GmbH, I have the tasks of a motivational coach, organiser, communication manager and team leader. The aim and purpose of our team is the sustainable qualitative and timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction. My entrepreneurial spirit drives me to constantly develop myself and open the way for new on-boarding projects in the German market.
In our data management team, I am the peacemaker and I ensure a positive atmosphere, clear communication and harmony. In my private life, I am passionate about travel, open to innovations and consider myself a visionary. German language and Germany are constant companions in my private and professional life.

2. Why did you choose IntelliWay Services?

To me, IntelliWay Services, as a dynamic company full of development prospects, is the bridge to Germany: to the people, their culture and their mentality.
At IntelliWay Services, I encountered generosity, trust and patience. The freedom granted to me means great responsibility, too. There is an open culture of communication here, something I highly appreciate. The horizontal work structure at IntelliWay enables direct communication with the management team. Thus I receive the necessary feedback at short notice, have a clear clue about the objectives and visions and experience appreciation for my essential contribution to the success of the company.
In this business, we often have to leave our comfort zone, and that's a good thing, because that's the only way we can progress and grow as a team.

3. How do you imagine the future of your area of work – Data Management?

Data management in Real Estate Management is like the foundation of a building.
We don't see it, but a good quality foundation means longer life – of any building. When we offer quality data management and do our job well, it goes unnoticed, this is exactly how it should be. But when we make mistakes, all departments suffer.
In the past year, more than 10 people have been trained in Data Management at IntelliWay and have gained knowledge and experience in dealing with various ERP systems in the real estate management area, including Realax, Yardi, Horizon and SAP. We have validated more than 3,000 commercial and residential units and promptly recorded the data (areas, rent payments, ancillary cost prepayments, index, deposits, terms including extensions/cancellations/options) in the customer system.
Data protection is an important and complex issue in data management. In 2021, IntelliWay Services GmbH received the ISO certification: ISO 27001 – Information Security Management.
Digitalisation will continue to shape the Data Management sector in the future. The focus remains on the fact we have to adapt quickly to customer requirements, and that is only possible if we act digitally. The rapid pace real estate management is evolving at requires good communication and process optimisation among all participants – starting with the lawyers who draw up the lease agreements, the IT professionals who develop the software, the property managers who manage the properties, etc. Because only together we can find the necessary solutions. I believe this is the key to success!
